在大肠杆菌中产生的 GRO Alpha Human Recombinant 是一种单一的、非糖基化的多肽链，含有 73 个氨基酸，分子量为 7811 道尔顿。
GRO-alpha 通过专有的色谱技术进行纯化。

Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PB, pH 7.4, 50mM NaCl.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CXCL1 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized GRO-alpha although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CXCL1 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein .

The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Ala-Ser-Val-Ala-Thr.
