Eotaxin Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8.4kDa. The CCL11 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder.

Filtered and lyophilized from a concentrated solution in in 1×PBS, pH7.4.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Eotaxin in sterile 18M-cm H₂O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

冻干的 Eotaxin 虽然在室温下可稳定保存 3 周，但应在 -18C 以下干燥储存。 复溶后，CCL11 应在 4C 下储存 2-7 天，以备将来在 -18C 以下使用。对于长期储存，建议添加载体蛋白。
