CMRF35-like molecule 6 , is a member of the CD300 family. The CMRF35 antigen was identified by reactivity with a monoclonal antibody and present on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B lymphocytes.

CD300C Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18kDa . CD300C is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CD300C protein solution contains Phosphate buffered saline and 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.

Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
