1.优异的扩增灵敏度
分别以HCV质粒、λDNA为模板，使用Taq Pro HS U+ Probe Master Mix（Vazyme #QN112）预混液以及其他品牌探针法qPCR试剂，在同样反应条件下进行扩增。结果显示，与同类产品相比，Vazyme #QN112 预混液具有更高的扩增灵敏度。

针对血液样本的扩增，选择人类全血以及与血液保存的相关物质（EDTA、柠檬酸钠）作为杂质背景，使用Taq Pro HS U+ Master Mix（Vazyme#QN112）对模板进行扩增。结果可见，与同类产品相比Vazyme#QN112具有强大的杂质耐受能力，可应对血液提取样本的扩增。

填料检测报告
同时记载有填料的粒径、孔径、金属杂质含量等基本的物理性质、修饰后的碳载量及分离特性试验结果与合格范围。
色谱柱检测报告
出厂检测报告中除了展示有理论塔板数、不对称因子等柱性能数据外，考虑到评价柱性能劣化的便利性，该报告亦记录了包含样品浓度在内的所有分析条件。
备有可用于常规HPLC的2µm色谱柱
与市售亚2µm色谱柱相比，Pro C18系列中的2µm色谱柱在相同色谱条件下具有更低压力，因此可用于常规HPLC进行更高效分离。特别是内径为3 mm的色谱柱，因相较于2 mm内径的色谱柱其柱外扩散效应更低，因此更易于用在常规HPLC上。内径2mm的色谱柱可用于搭载有半微量流通池的常规HPLC设备。

YMC-Pack Pro C8、C4的加工工艺与Pro C18相似，均经过高度的端基封尾处理，非常适于对碱性化合物的分离。其疏水性相较于ODS偏弱，因此可分离疏水性上存在较大差异的物质以便缩短分离时间。同时，由于其对亲水性物质和平面物质的分离行为与ODS存在差异，因此对那些在ODS上无法实现最佳分离的物质亦有效。
