1.优异的扩增灵敏度
分别以HCV质粒、λDNA为模板,使用Taq Pro HS U+ Probe Master Mix(Vazyme #QN112)预混液以及其他品牌探针法qPCR试剂,在同样反应条件下进行扩增。结果显示,与同类产品相比,Vazyme #QN112 预混液具有更高的扩增灵敏度。

同时记载有填料的粒径、孔径、金属杂质含量等基本的物理性质、修饰后的碳载量及分离特性试验结果与合格范围。
色谱柱检测报告
出厂检测报告中除了展示有理论塔板数、不对称因子等柱性能数据外,考虑到评价柱性能劣化的便利性,该报告亦记录了包含样品浓度在内的所有分析条件。
备有可用于常规HPLC的2µm色谱柱
与市售亚2µm色谱柱相比,Pro C18系列中的2µm色谱柱在相同色谱条件下具有更低压力,因此可用于常规HPLC进行更高效分离。特别是内径为3 mm的色谱柱,因相较于2 mm内径的色谱柱其柱外扩散效应更低,因此更易于用在常规HPLC上。内径2mm的色谱柱可用于搭载有半微量流通池的常规HPLC设备。

YMC-Pack Pro C8、C4的加工工艺与Pro C18相似,均经过高度的端基封尾处理,非常适于对碱性化合物的分离。其疏水性相较于ODS偏弱,因此可分离疏水性上存在较大差异的物质以便缩短分离时间。同时,由于其对亲水性物质和平面物质的分离行为与ODS存在差异,因此对那些在ODS上无法实现最佳分离的物质亦有效。
