BDP R6G NHS ester is an amine-reactive borondipyrromethene dye (an analog of BODIPY® R6G NHS ester) that has absorption and emission spectra similar to R6G.

BDP R6G is a bright and photostable dye that exhibits long living fluorescence that has little pH dependence. Due to the long fluorescence lifetime, this dye is useful for fluorescence polarization assays, and for two-photon experiments.

The NHS ester function can be conjugated with various amine groups, including those present in proteins and peptides.

Rhodamine 6G (R6G) is a xanthene dye of rhodamine series that has been used for the labeling of oligonucleotides and DNA for quite a long time. Just like other xanthenes, R6G comes as two isomers, 5- and 6-isomer. Even though their absorption and emission spectra are virtually indistinguishable, the isomers need to be separated to avoid separation of the labeled molecules during their purification, i.e. double HPLC peaks and double spots on electrophoresis.

This is an amine reactive NHS ester derived from a pure 5-isomer of R6G. Rhodamine 6G is very bright (even used as a quantum yield standard, yield 0.95). The dye is soluble in organic solvents, such as DMF, or DMSO. They can be used as co-solvents for the labeling reactions.

AF647 NHS ester is a bright, far-red fluorescent dye, used for cellular visualisation and labeling of antibodies, peptides, proteins, modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.

Due to the lack of significant self-quenching AF647 dye molecules can be conjugated to proteins at high molar ratios, which resulting in sensitive detection of low-abundance biomolecules potential.

AF647 NHS ester dye possesses high water-solubility, high fluorescence quantum yield, it is pH-insensitive over a wide molar range. Widely applied for imaging and flow cytometry.

Sulfotetrafluorophenyl (STP) esters are excellent alternatives to conventional N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) esters. Compared to NHS esters, STP esters provide better ratio of labeling to hydrolysis in aqueous environments.

Dibenzocyclooctyne (ADIBO, DBCO) is one of the most reactive cycloalkynes for strain promoted alkyne azide cycloaddition (spAAC) – a copper free Click chemistry reaction.

This is an amine-reactive NHS ester that provides easy attachment of the reactive moiety to almost any primary or secondary amine group, such as that of protein, peptide, or small molecule amine.

DBCO reacts instantly with azides. The rate of the reaction is much higher than that of copper-catalyzed reaction, and reactions with many other cyclooctynes. Unlike some other cyclooctynes, DBCO does not react with tetrazines – this allows to carry out orthogonal conjugation of azides with DBCO, and trans-cyclooctenes with tetrazines.

Alkyne NHS ester for the modification of biomolecules. Alkyne groups for copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reaction are nearly never encountered in natural molecules. However, this NHS ester allows to attach alkyne groups to amino groups, which are ubiquitous in nature, and which are present in proteins, peptides, synthetic amino-DNA and numerous small molecules. TAMRA (tetramethylrhodamine) is a xanthene dye of rhodamine series. This fluorophore is being used for quite a long time for the preparation of dual labeled qPCR TaqMan oligonucleotide probes containing TAMRA and fluorescein (FAM).

Just like many other xanthene fluorophores, TAMRA is a available as two isomers (5- and 6-isomer) which have nearly identical optical properties. This product is an isomerically pure 5-TAMRA.

The structure and spectra of the dye resemble indocyanine green (ICG) that has been approved for use in humans for years. Water soluble near infrared dye sulfo-Cy7, an amine-reactive succinimide ester.

Sulfo-Cy7 is an improved analog of Cy7® fluorophore with quantum yield improved by 20%, and higher photostability. This fluorescent dye is especially useful for NIR imaging.

Near infrared fluorescent imaging takes advantage of transparency of biological tissues at particular range of wavelengths. The method is non-destructive, and allows to monitor distribution of various labeled molecules in live organisms.

Sulfo-Cyanine7 NHS ester reagent allows to prepare sulfo-Cyanine7-labeled biomolecules, such as proteins, with ease. Dye labeled molecules can be subsequently used for various research and drug design related experiments.

Sulfo-Cyanine5.5 NHS ester is an amine reactive activated ester of sulfonated far red Cyanine5.5 fluorophore, an analog of Cy5.5®. This is a reagent of choice for the labeling of antibodies, sensitive proteins, and others which require reactions in purely aqueous environment, or without any significant additions of organic co-solvents.

The dye is well suitable for non-invasive in vivo NIR imaging, and for the applications requiring low fluorescent background.

Cyanine 5 succinimidyl ester (SE), an equivalent of Cy5® NHS ester, for the labeling of various amine-containing molecules in aqueous phase without use of any organic co-solvent. This product is therefore particularly useful for the labeling of proteins which denature in the presence of organic co-solvents, as well as for proteins with low solubility.

Sulfo-Cyanine 5 is an analog of Cy5®, one of the most popular fluorophores which is compatible with various equipment such as plate readers, microscopes, and imagers.

This dye is highly hydrophilic and water-soluble. A non-sulfonated analog is also available.

Can be used as a replacement for Cy5®, DyLight 649 for all applications.
