Pico Methyl-Seq™ Library Prep Kit为WGBS建库提供了一个简化建库流程，投入的DNA在*初的甲基化转化步骤被随机打断，后面有三部特异引物扩增步骤。可以做到10pg DNA起始（包括FFPE样本），这个能够完美的应用于珍贵的，样本量有限的及靶向富集的样本甲基化分析。
