Murine RNase inhibitor 是以可溶形式在大肠杆菌中表达纯化的重组鼠源RNase抑制剂，能够广泛抑制各种RNase (RNase A，B，C)。Murine RNase inhibitor 经过RT-PCR、RT-qPCR 检验，能与各类商业化逆转录酶及各种DNA Polymerase 兼容。与人源RNase inhibitor 相比，鼠源RNase inhibitor 不含两个对氧化非常敏感的半胱氨酸，因而具有更高的抗氧化活性，且更加适合于对高DTT 敏感的实验( 如qPCR)。
