Fractalkine 可溶形式对 t 细胞和单核细胞具有趋化性，但对中性粒细胞不具有趋化性。 Fractalkine 膜结合形式促进这些白细胞与内皮细胞的粘附。 Fractalkine 调节内皮的白细胞粘附和迁移过程并与 CX3CR1 结合。 Natural Human Fractalkine 是一种长蛋白，具有延伸的粘蛋白样茎和顶部的趋化因子结构域。 粘蛋白样茎允许它与细胞表面结合。 Fractalkine 基因与一些称为 CCL17 和 CCL22 的 CC 趋化因子一起位于人类第 16 号染色体上。

Fractalkine Human Recombinant- produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 76 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8638 Dalton.
The Fractalkine is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder.

The CX3CL1 was lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM Phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, 50mM NaCl.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CX3CL1 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized CX3CL1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CX3CL1 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein .
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

The Biological activity is calculated by its ability to chemoattract human T-Lymphocytes using a concentration range of 5.0-10.0 ng/ml corresponding to a Specific Activity of 100,000-200,000IU/mg.
