Eotaxin-2，也称为 MPIF2 和 Ckb6，是一种由活化的单核细胞和 T 淋巴细胞产生的新型 CC 趋化因子。 Eotaxin-2 选择性地趋化表达 CCR3 的细胞，包括嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、Th2 T 细胞、肥大细胞和某些树突状细胞亚群。 此外，Eotaxin-2 抑制多能造血祖细胞的增殖。 包含 C 末端截短的成熟蛋白质包含 78 个氨基酸。

CCL24 Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 93 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 10.2kDa.
The CCL24 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder.

Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 1×PBS, pH 7.4.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CCL24 Rat Recombinant in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized Eotaxin-2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CCL24 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein .
