Introduction
CD84 belongs to the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule family which forms a subset of the greater CD2 cell-surface receptor Ig superfamily. CD84, a membrane glycoprotein, is a homophilic adhesion molecule found in various immune cells types and takes part in regulating receptor-mediated signaling in those cells.

Description
CD84 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 229 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 25.4 kDa.
CD84 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The CD84 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer , 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.
