QC Microorganisms For Growth Promotion Testing

EZ-Accu Shot™ is a quantitative QC microorganism preparation designed for performing Growth Promotion Tests of culture media with ease.

Each EZ-Accu Shot™ lyophilized QC microorganism preparation is designed to deliver 10-100 CFU per 0.1 ml of hydrated suspension as recommended by the USP/JP/Ph. Eur.

With little to no preparation time required and up to eight hours of stability, EZ-Accu Shot™ adds efficiency and flexibility to QC laboratories’ busy schedules.

Each 1.2 ml vial of hydrated suspension offers 10 inocula. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation.

货号HF0533，1.2 ml Hydrating Fluid for Pseudomonas 假单胞菌属

使用方法：

1、将1瓶水解液和1支菌株从冰箱中取出，恢复到室温；

2、打开1包菌株的外包装，取出含有冻干菌株的小瓶；

3、将1粒菌株倒入1.2ml水解液中，立即盖上水解液的盖子；

4、将溶解液漩涡震荡，以获得均匀的溶解液；

5、使用无菌吸管取0.1ml水解液到1个培养基上，注意剩下的溶解液可以冷藏并继续使用最多8个小时，而铜绿假单胞菌0484A需要在溶解后30分钟内使用；

6、应更具实验室规范来操作微生物挑战实验。如果要继续使用溶解物，应该继续2-8℃冷藏。按照危害物处理的实验室规范丢弃所剩不需要的水合材料。
