Monarch Plasmid Neutralization Buffer is designed for use with the Monarch Plasmid Miniprep Kit (T1010S/L). Please note that this buffer contains RNase A and should be stored at 4°C after opening. This buffer is used to neutralize the lysate and digest any RNA present. The buffer also prepares the DNA for binding to the column matrix. It is conveniently colored yellow for identification as well as for monitoring when the neutralization is complete.
