概述
蛋白内切酶 LysC(flavastacin)是丝氨酸蛋白内切酶,克隆自产酶溶杆菌,能特异性切割赖氨酸羧基端的肽键。该酶是测序级酶适用于蛋白质组学和糖生物学应用。
注意:在 200 μl 双蒸水中重溶 LysC,制成 100 ng/μl 含10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 的溶液。溶液可以在 4℃ 储存几天,或者分装成一次性使用量于 -20℃ 储存几个月。
来源
提纯自产酶溶杆菌(Lysobacter enzymogenes)。

重溶
蛋白内切酶 LysC 需溶解于 200 μl 双蒸水中制成 100 ng/μl 含10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 的溶液。快速自裂解效率随酶浓度不同而异。
