BCA-1/ BLC Rhesus Macaque Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 87 amino acid and having a molecular mass of approximately 10.3kDa.
BCA1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 and 300mM NaCl.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized BCA-1/ BLC Rhesus Macaque in sterile 18MΩ-cm H₂O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized BCA1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution BCA-1/ BLC Rhesus Macaque should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
